Returns and refunds
English translation provided for convenience — the French version prevails.
You have 14 days from delivery to send a hoop back to us. Returns are free: we email you a prepaid label on request.
Return conditions
- Request made within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
- Hoop in its original packaging, unscratched and undamaged.
- Email contact@hoopcerceau.com with your order number.
How to proceed
- Write to us to report the return.
- We email you a prepaid Colissimo label.
- Pack the hoop in its original box and drop the parcel off at a pick-up point.
- The refund is credited to your original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Non-returnable products
Used hoops (worn, scratched, taken apart and reassembled several times) cannot be taken back under the right of withdrawal. If you notice a defect when opening the parcel, contact us as soon as it arrives: this is covered by the product guarantee.
