Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company operating the hoopcerceau.com website and any person making a purchase on this website.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (French VAT). Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed. Delivery is free for purchases of €49 or more in mainland France.

Article 3 — Orders

An order is confirmed once the cart and payment have been validated. A confirmation email is sent immediately to the address provided.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by bank card through a secure payment provider (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a payment link sent separately if needed). No bank details are stored by Hoop Cerceau.

Article 5 — Delivery

Dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours, Colissimo delivery in 2-4 working days in mainland France. See the Shipping page.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

The buyer has 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returns are free: a prepaid label is provided by email. See the Returns page.

Article 7 — Guarantees

Products are guaranteed to conform to their description. Any defect noticed on delivery must be reported within 48 hours. The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply under the conditions provided for by French law.

Article 8 — Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
